From the trade to your cupboard
CATLIN PLUMBING & HEATING LTD was established in England in 2001 with a licensed plumbing and heating background. For years the work was the usual mix of installs, maintenance and the call most people dread: the blocked sink, the slow shower, the gully full of leaves.
We noticed something. The overwhelming majority of those call-outs came down to the same handful of everyday clogs — grease, hair, soap and debris near the surface — and the same handful of simple, mechanical tools cleared them in minutes. No mystery, no harsh chemicals, no specialist rig.
So we set out to make those exact tools available to everyone: the auger, the proper plunger, the air blaster and an enzyme-based maintenance powder — the things we'd reach for ourselves, packaged for your cupboard rather than a van.
Our promise is honesty about what these tools are and what they are not. They are well-made consumer products that put a confident first response in your hands. They are not a substitute for professional judgement when something is genuinely wrong with your plumbing.
Everything we sell is mechanical or enzyme-based. We don't sell harsh-chemical drain products, and we say so plainly. The goal is a clear drain and a job you can do yourself — “Clear it yourself, in minutes.”
