Shipping & delivery policy

We ship CATLINPH orders worldwide. All prices and shipping charges are shown and charged in US Dollars (USD). This policy explains our shipping rates, how long orders take and your responsibilities as the buyer.

Shipping rates

• Free shipping on all orders of $55.00 USD or more.
• Orders under $55.00 USD ship at a flat rate of $6.95 USD.
• The applicable shipping charge is always shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays). Orders placed over a weekend or holiday are processed on the next business day. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a second email with tracking once it ships.

Estimated transit times

The estimates below are for transit only and are additional to processing time. They are estimates, not guarantees, and can vary with carrier performance and customs.

Tracked delivery

Every order is sent with tracked delivery. Your tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email so you can follow your parcel to your door. We ship to the delivery address provided at checkout and retain proof of postage and delivery.

Customs, duties & import taxes

For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes or handling fees charged by the destination country are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the product or shipping price. Please check your country's import rules before ordering. We cannot mark parcels as gifts or under-declare their value.

Address accuracy

Please make sure your delivery address is complete and correct at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you spot a mistake, contact us at support@catlinph.shop as quickly as possible and we'll help if the order hasn't yet shipped.

Secure payments

We ship only to the address associated with your order and use tracked services with delivery confirmation, in line with PayPal Seller Protection requirements. Card payments are processed by Stripe and appear on your statement as CATLINPH STORE.
